The organization was given the name BBH Productionz and for the next two years they produced both investigative and comedic videos. On September 1, 2008 it was decided that 'BBH Productionz' would official become the Delaware Valley Paranormal Association and focus solely on the paranormal investigations.

The D.V.P.A has investigated 5 local haunts and hot spots: Satanville/Cult House, Atco Ghost, Buckingham Mountain, Frick's Lock and Downingtown Twin Tunnels.

They released their first feature DVD  documentary entitled, "The Truth About Cult House" on October 31, 2007.  The documentary covered the local urban legend of Satanville/Cult House. The half hour film takes an in depth look at the legends surrounding Pennsbury Township's Cossart Road. The video includes day/night footage of Cossart Road, interviews with other Cossart explorers, local residents, authorities, and even gives you a glimpse of the 'notorious' house. Reviews of the documentary so far have been mostly positive with buyers coming from Florida to Canada.

Their coverage of Cossart Road along with other local legends such as, "The Twin Tunnels", "Frick's Lock", "The Atco Ghost" and "The Race Against The Devil" have gotten them listed on Wikipedia under the entries for each legend's Township.
